The tuition fees are negotiated between you and the tutor after the initial lesson. The travel costs for individual tutors will vary; this depends on the tutor and the distance travelled. You will pay the fees at the end of each lesson by the method accepted by the tutor.
The only commission that the agency takes is the purchase of the first lesson, which is forwarded by the tutor once the lesson is completed. All lessons thereafter do not incur ongoing commission fees.

Our tutors take their tuition assignments seriously. They should arrive punctually or let you know in good time if they have to postpone the lesson or if they expect to be late. Please let us know if you have any problems with tutor attendance or punctuality.
A guideline of at least 24 hours notice of cancellation is required for both tutor and client.
After the initial lesson with your chosen tutor, we will email you a short feedback form that will give you the chance to voice your opinions on our service and on that of your tutor. Your response is optional, but very welcome. We do our best to maintain a high quality service.
We at the Agency want you to be part of the MJP Music Tuition network and believe that our role does not end when we supply an instrumental tutor. Disputes between parents/students and tutors are rare. However, we will also use our good offices to help resolve any disputes that may arise. We can't make any guarantees, but we will do our best to resolve the dispute. Please let us know at any time if you have a disagreement over any matter with your tutor.
